ST. AMBROSE KIBUUKA

He was a Muganda, born in Ssingo County and Just like his brother Achilles Kiwanuka enrolled for catechism and was baptized on the 16th of November 1885 by Fr. Lourdel Mapeera after the death of Joseph Mukasa Balikudembe. Kibuuka, “a name of the tribal god who was shot out of the cloud by the banyoro” was burnt alive on the 3rd of June of 1886 at Namugongo at the age of around seventeen or eighteen
